Get ready for the Victoria One Act Play Festival, debuting at Belfry Theatre this June 8-10! Featuring a diverse selection of local emerging artists, this festival is the perfect opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre.
Come join us for three days of laughter, tears, and everything in between. From political comedies to experimental punk rock operas to intense dramas, the lineup for the Victoria One Act Play Festival has something for everyone. Each show will have a unique perspective, a compelling story, and exceptional talent behind it.
“We’re thrilled to bring a full line up of all local new works to the stage and to provide a platform for local artists to showcase their talents,” says Kurt Archer, Festival Director. “When we started the festival, our goal was to help grow the community theatre scene here, and so far the response has been overwhelmingly supportive.”
Between Words, an ambitious, new Victoria-based Theatre company is excited to bring 10 local new works to audiences and showcase the incredible creativity and diversity of emerging theatre talent.
